• Cross-fleet group consolidation. Most Canadian fleets converge on Groups 65, 96R, 47, and 48/H6 across 80%+ of their vehicle mix. We help you standardize on a short list of SKUs that cover the majority and stock the long tail.
• AGM upgrade triage. Start-stop vehicles are increasingly common in commercial fleets. Identifying which units require AGM replacement (vs. tolerate EFB or flooded) saves both warranty and downtime.
• Centralized warranty + recycling. One PO, one invoice, one warranty contact. End-of-life logistics handled across the country.
